80s Balloon Sleeve Pleated Tuxedo Blouse Women 6 Medium

Tuxedo blouse by Lloyd Willams.

Era: 1980s.

Colors: white with black collar, cuffs, and piping.

Fabric: 100% polyester, semi-sheer silky fabric.

Condition: very good vintage condition with a spot on the sleeve that gets lost in the flow, and a small discoloration on the back.  Not major.  See pics. Gorgeous piece.
