Vintage 1970s One Piece Romper by Carters.

Fabric: 50% Polyester and 50% Cotton - it has a texture between terry cloth and waffle-knit.

Colors: Bright yellow and white micro-striped with a large embroidered smiling tiger in orange and yellow. Screen resolutions vary.
