70s Red Kiawah Golf Sweater by Pickering Sportswear Large

Kiawah Island tourist sweater by Pickering Active Sportswear by The Kimberton Co. "Kiawah" is embroidered on the front.

Era: the construction appears to be pre 1964 however this piece is most likely from the 70s when Kiawah Island became a resort area. 

Made in the USA.

Color: dark red. It is darker than it appears in the pics.

Fabric: no content tag.  It feels like super soft acrylic.

Condition: excellent vintage condition with minimal pilling.  Truly an awesome piece.
