Vintage 1980s New Wave Era Peplum Dress by Sally Lou.

Color: Black and white.

Fabric: 100% Polyester

Features:
Cross-over deep V bodice.
High low peplum.
Pleating detail at the neckline and shoulders.
The skirt falls straight around/ just below the knee.
String belt loops.
